Forum Cleanup

Due to a lack of activity, the PSU PC/PS2 Trading forum has been closed and moved to the Legacy section. Any forums listed under the Legacy section are marked as "Read-Only" and closed to new post creation. Legacy forums can still be searched using the regular search functions.

It's an eminent thing once PC/Ps2 is done. At least we can still view it.
