So, that means Sega West have removed the Special Pizza Slicer (slicer) and the Pizza Shack D. Box passwords.

Nope, they still exist. There's a code for both the slicer and the shield, and I tested these to make sure they worked.

I didn't think Sega would have kept these codes, like these weapons seem to be available to purchase at any time (at the "Pizza Shack", when it's found, of course).
