Orga Dyran isn't a super rare occurance. I believe it's the most common of all possible "rare" mission events. I think I've gotten it like twice (or maybe even 3 times) in a row; and I've definitely heard of people getting it more than 2-3 times in a row. But yeah, it's exciting

2% seems kind of rare to me, especially not seeing it after 100s of missions.

got another one for ya guys, Is there some kind of comprehensive list of what rare weapons can and can not be traded in multiplayer? My wife just found a Soul Eater not too long ago and wanted to send it over, only to find we couldn't trade it. Needless to say, rage ensued, I already know that you can't trade badges, Spiritual Stones, or PA/Tech Disks, But is there a way to determine if a rare weapon you find can or can not be traded?

An easy way, only C to B ranks can be traded. That naturally takes away anything worth trading.
Anything worthwhile with any value cannot be traded. So when you want to trade something, think if it fits those criteria.
(rank C and B weapons, armour, and modules, as well as room decorations can be traded. That's pretty much it)
