Simply names and concept that are registered as owned by a certain individual. In the case of Eternal Planets and Eternal Hunters, they are owned by the moral person that is SEGA of Japan (and, by extension, probably by SEGA of America too). Thus, since they own those concepts, you can't use/make profit with them without a written consent from SEGA and without paying a fee to them...Unless you want their lawyers on your back.
tl;dr: it means that those names belong to them, and you need their permission to make money off 'em yourself.
And...On topic, I'm not sure I'd buy a Wii PS game if it did come out; for some reason, I have that nagging feeling they'd try including that God-awful Wii remote in the controls somehow and that just irks me. And then, they'd force you to buy that Wii motion plus dongle to "ensure a more precise reception of the movements from the remote". Yeah. Not my thing. Then again, if you can use the GC controller, I'd CONSIDER buying it. PERHAPS. MAYBE.
