what the best / fasest place to hunt this board and do i have to do it on s3?

Only place that it drops right now is The Eastern Peril S3, boss boxes.

I thought A Risky Comeback also had a chance of dropping the board? Either way Eastern Peril S3 would be the best since it's pretty easy mission. The upcoming Neudaiz GBR will also have Demons Above S3 where Onmagoug can drop the made weapon and board.
