I really need help with this error 038. I am using the PC version of PSU AOTI.
When I go to Network Mode, it checks for patches, then after a long time, it say's error 038. Are the servers down? Do I need to pay right away? Is my ID wrong? Help!

Are you trying to access the US/Eu servers or Japans? Cause if you're trying to get on the US/Eu ones, they were shut down over a year ago.

Well, I just signed up and I just got the game, so I don't really know anything. I mean, I've played PSU before, just not AOTI and stuff. >.>
Umm..Where can I get the JP version?
Check the guides section of this site. There should be a tutorial in there for it.
