The grind boost lasts until next week. Edward said if they do not get our GAR weapons to us by the end of the event, they would extend the boost. I could wait an extra week for a longer boost.
Edit: Found 5 Photon Fluge today in SS/R.

In my experience playing video games..
...newb luck translates to either a matrix-hacking program or anti-cheat manipulation patch (anti anti-cheat. Programs that use the existence of a patch as a tunnel into the game itself) and lets not start with how hacks, cheats and exploits did a number on the game when the game was first released.
Of course there are those who do make their 100 - 200+ runs and it actually drops....and of course those who you can run the map 400+ times and never see a super-rare drop.
I would care only for the rarest of rarest drops if I continuously played the game and it was my only game, but a secret. The more games you play, the more you think about what you wish in a game and the less important the super-rare drop is and the more important having fun and using your entertainment time to expose yourself to as many worlds possible becomes. ^_^
Of course to each their own. Nothing surprises me about PSU because the majority of what plagued PSU players also plagued PSO players and I am not surprised if there is some major problem with PSO-2 when it launches.

They can have a game with a 99% potential to succeed and they will find that 1% chance to make it fail and exploit it. I guess I should congratulate SEGA for being so lucky. ^_^
