That may be, but having my games save on a cloud so I can access my save file or settings from multiple PCs is awesome.
I'm going to post this on their facebook page.(release this on steam please!)

I'd love it if they released it on Steam. But even though Sega has put their games up on Steam in the past, they never add their first party Japanese games to the service. It's a shame. :/

Aside from PSU I don't think Sega has released any PC games.
and they want this to be big,so steam would be the best move.(and hopefully they will.)

It would certainly make sense for the NA/EU markets. Dunno if it'd matter for JP.
