By how much can I increase my stats with a lvl 200 rebirth? Is it based on my lvl, or is it based on how many types I have reached lvl30 with on that character?

It's based on your character level, at level 200 you get 600 points to distribute.
IMO for your first rebirth it's better to spread out the points somewhat rather than maxing a stat, since it gets exponentially more expensive to raise a stat while the bonuses remain the same.
I would get HP/PP/ATP (or TECH/ATA for FO/CA)/DEF/MND up, rather than maxing ATP and getting a small boost in HP for example.

I think Dios on GH is bugged. Same happens to me with Altzergohug on some event mission. It loads for everyone else and just hangs at the loading screen while playing the boss music for me. A few other bosses on other missions do the same as well. If this happens, turn the wi-fi off or put your psp to sleep and turn it back on. Does anyone know if there is an updated list of weapons including stats with all the new weapons from infinity? Or if not, can anyone tell me what is the strongest twin claw, axe, and spear in this game? Much obliged
