Looks like a friend of mine also got in, but he's saying his password isn't working. Is there any way to reset it?

Make sure he's entering his SEGA ID in all lowercase. For some reason, when you make your SEGA ID, SEGA forces it down to all lowercase. That screwed me up at first.

If it is the password, I don't know how to reset it.

To Reset password, go here.

First insert your ID. Then chose either to put the name you registered with, or DOB, or answer to one of those secret questions. Then insert your Email.

Though yeah, first check if it works without any caps in the ID.

You "can" get the game open but generally no it won't load. There's no point in loading it either yet.

But how does one pre-load the client? i logged into the CB site but see nothing of a download,,,,

I guess it was good I put Nassie in the RAnewearl outfit. Exploitation = success. She pretends she doesn't like it, but I know the truth.
