That laptop has kinda similar specs to mine, maybe a little bit better.
It can run the game at minimum specs, possibly with occasional framerate drops.

Can anyone tell me if they can run PSO2 on MacBook Pro with i7 (i5 or i7)

I have the late 2011 version.

I play PSO2 on a mid 2009 MBP on the lowest settings, so you should have no problem.

If you have Intel HD 3000 graphics, it'll run just fine with the shaders set to low.

    Just a heads up.

My EVGA GTX 460 asploded and I had to RMA it, so I grabbed a temporary rental from Worst Buy (use it for a little while then return it), an EVGA GT 520.

The game runs like poop on the middle Graphics setting (3) in the launcher. Set it to 1 and although the game looks ugly as beans, it runs at a crazy smooth 60 fps.

However, it may also be due to the fact that the rest of my PC was a high end gaming PC 3 years ago:
    i7 965
    Corsair 6 GB DDR3-1600 RAM
    OCZ Vertex 1 60 GB
    EVGA X58 mobo
    HT Omega Striker 7.1
    3x Hard Drives
    1x Optical Drive

If anyone has a fairly modern PC but a crap graphics card (most people who buy laptops or bought an OEM machine), as Mag-X pointed out, you're pretty much safe on the lower end settings.

    This game scales amazingly well.

3rd GEN Intel Core i7-3770 (8M Cache, up to 3.4 GHz) processor
    8GB Dual Channel DDR3 memory
1GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 555 video card
    PS is 330W

Q: Will I be able to run PSO2 on max settings w/this config? I don't know much about overclocking or PCs in general but I want to play this on high. Thx in ADV-

i'm surprised no one else has jumped on this. the only thing i can say is probably, but the PSU seems like you might need something around 450W or more.

That PSU is way too low, most people have 500-800 mostly since the gpu is gonna pull in more power once you start up a game that demands it most of the time, with that low watt rating, expect your computer to restart or shut off due to not enough power for the components.
