Nope.
You will need to buy premium to trade. You cannot trade under any other circumstances otherwise.

Both people could buy 3 day My Shop Passes and sell overpriced weapons and buy overpriced monomates from the other person to do a trade, but you both lose 5% to the listing tax thing
