quick question, PSO2 sound

my wifes computer dont have sound for some reason for pso2, she has sound on everything else but pso2 and cant figure out why, anyone have any ideas?

check ur mixer at the bottom click on the sound icon and go to mixer, see if PSO2 volume is active and turn it up?

i looked on her computer and i used the mixer thing and pso2 doesnt even show up on there,

The game has to be open while you use the mixer. Otherwise it doesn't show up.

she was in game with me at the time, we was in a mission...thats where it got confusing :/ and still not showing on the mixer
