How big is the damage difference?

Hi.

I wanna Start a human for my soloplay.
I love the Force and the Ranger class.
Is a Human ranger/force playable or should i go newman?
Is he a good hunter? (I dont play braver that much)
The char will be male btw.
How big is the damage compared to a female newman?
I want to go human because of the DEF.

A human ranger/force is playable, definitely. Humans aren't bad hunters either.
Human males will do more melee damage than Newmans but Newmans will do more tech damage.
Stat wise, a Newman will do well as rangers and forces, better than Humans since Newmans have higher tech, accuracy, higher pp recovery rate and pp.
Honestly, the biggest difference I think you'll see is the pp recovery rate, some people might disagree but still.
As for the damage difference, it shouldn't be too big. My human force takes down most things pretty quickly as a force offline. The only thing is that a female newman can kick butt longer due to their pp being higher and recovering faster.
