Highest Damage Record?

My highest was about an 8k, but with weak bullet + sniping shot I can do an average of 5k x4 in 5 seconds.

Can we please not count in weak bullet? its not like everyone hear parties up with a ranger that uses it in the right time.

Mine would be around 2.2k with wired lance but that was around mid 20s. I'm sure it wasn't an infected or with weak bullet as I solo'd the slinky dragon and I dont think it has a weak point (didnt even touch its tail)

EDIT: Btw how do you check max dmg stats?

If we're not counting weak bullet, then 3.3k...

I forgot my WB'd max. was CLOSE to 9k, but that was like a while ago, and now I have better equips...

With weak bullet as a Lv23 I hit about 3k.

I can confirm that the 9999 damage cap is only cosmetic.

19,711 as a Force. That was awhile ago, too!

If we're not counting weak bullet, my critical hits with Rafoie are 2800 or so on Ragne's weak spot.

though it doesn't make sense for the cap to be cosmetic only.... it would be a lot more satisfying to see 19,711 on your screen rather than 9999....

maybe it actually caps the damage but still records what the damage would have been?

It's potentially that they didn't expect anyone to surpass 9999 damage, or it's also possible that it calculates damage beyond 9999 but you actually don't do actual damage beyond that.

idk how rangers get such high numbers (element I'm guessing? My weapons are already +10 and i have both weak hit skill tree things at 10/10)

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that put all that he could into his fire skills. I will admit that I'm curious as well though.

Edit: I'm guessing something like TP lv 3, Flame Mastery Lv 10, flame charge lv 5, tech charge advance 1 lv 9, ice mastery lv 5, ice ignition lv 5, and Photon Flare Lv 10. Is that right?
