    Default Sub-classes that aren't really sub-classes

I know I'm not the only one here who thought this was stupid once you really found out what was going on with these so called "Sub-classes". In my book a "Sub-class" works like this: You make a (male/female) (Human/Newman/Cast) Hunter, Ranger or Force. Get that character to level 30 then complete the appropriate NPC and Koffee client orders and your character can use the Fighter, Gunner or Techer "Sub-class" weapons. All this while keeping your current character level not having to start over at level 1. If you have to level it up from level 1 it's not a sub-class. Plus it messes up your gear like it's a separate class BTW and a "Sub-class" shouldn't mess up your gear layout.

Another thing if I'm trying to make money like in Sega's case I wouldn't give you the ability to make one character into 4 classes. Depending on the first class you made it to be will determine the forth class (belive me it's not a "Sub-class"). I make all my characters from different classes so Sega already screwed itself out of 2500AC right there (500AC per extra character) in my case. I do now understand why they have "Item Pack Expansion +10" because of all the gear you'll have to carry around with the added Fighter, Gunner and Techer class your character will have.

This was not well thought out on Sega's part. They should have different gear layouts that you can save so you don't have to always switch the weapons and gear everytime you change your class with that one character. Once you switch classes your weapons and gear should be in the right place. Or maybe I'm just missing something here and it does this and I just haven't found it yet.

Sub-classes is something that is being released in October.

Edit: Also just put the weapons in your storage. I don't think most people will be switching classes so often that it'll be a hassle to just switch weapons out of storage when you change your class.

How can I possibly put a new idea into your heads, if I do not first remove your delusions?

Yeah it's like they don't make any sense. It's like right in front of their face but they can't see it.

Oh right, my bad, looking at it again, it is in fact not written anywhere, it was just introduced as 3 new classes, no difference from the previous one

SEGA could make money by turning the game into a Pay 2 Win game, but they respect their product enough not to. Besides, they probably make more money this way anyway. There are items for increasing element attribute and lowering fail chances, which are plenty powerful enough. But SEGA is not going to give you a direct Cash to Power line for design reasons.

Also, methaniel, it's a common mistake. Given that you had to get to Lv30 and do two quests to unlock it, you'd think you were getting something advanced for your effort. Nope, it's just another class.

Gear... Layout...? Are you talking about abilities on your pallet? You can switch those out like you do weapons. Go to the weapon palette and press H to switch pallets.

You need to re-equip weapons, armor, and mags though. Just lock weapons and armor you have equipped so you don't feed them to your mag, and store them when you switch classes. There's a visual representation when you lock an item, so you know which ones you're looking for.

Now with that settled, and you learning that subclasses are coming out next month... Any other questions?
