Parasitic Gene "Flow" Mag?

I heard you can use Parasitic Gene "Flow" on a mag and make a cool mag that covers your body like Armor. Is this true? Does anyone know about this?

i can try cing as i hv gene flow and i can dupe it.
but thats seriosly bullshit, y:
u need option use right,
so when u have right wep equiped u can use right,
but when u dont u cant right,
so how the fuck u suppused to use it,
