Purchasing AC help

After choosing an amount of AC to buy with payment method I get a page asking me to enter my personal information.

No matter what I put in an error pops up and won't let me proceed.

What do I do here? I already purchased a 1000 webmoney.... =/

Input exactly as it says, false info could get your account locked.

You can look for and sign up for a tenso account. They give you a phone number and physical address needed. Your name needs to be in kana as well.

I got my AC, made proper name and used existing address and phone number.

Lets hope I don't get banned! lol
