Zan techs have the same charge time as any other spell.

Alisha - The only tech spell's that are slower are Ra-Foie* at 1.05 (* this get's faster with Fire speed Charge and is a moot point unless you don't have the skill), Gi-Megid at 1.05, Grants at 1.2, Gi-Grants at 1.2 and Sa-Barta at 1.5. Everything else is at the 1 sec mark for charges.
Hmm wasn't charge time's in the beginning at 2 secs tho? Because that was a general idea that wind was quicker in cast time's back then. There not now but maybe that's where it came from.
I'm curious as to what the rare katanas are going to be. I would bet on Agito being one of them. If The Tsumikiri J-Sword is, I bet you it's gonna be a Falz 11★ or 12★ drop.
/Hu boosts melee by 220%, WG by 151%, and techs by 120%
/Fi boosts it all by 44% or 69% if you use the correct stance, oh and Chase Advance for melee and WG
It's not so bad, just either way is worse for pure teching than Fo/Fi or Fo/Te.

Not to mention the utility of binding basically everything you can reach if you have an SE on your wand, since the explosion can and will apply bind. I've seen it myself. Frozen on the melee strike, then the wand gear breaks the freeze and applies bind at the same time. Figure THAT logic out. :sega:
