How To Player Kill

Does any one know how to player kill?

PKs ruin every game I've played. From UO to Diablo there is always some guy named K111uh_k001_d00d who wips out his '1337' sword and kills my 2 hour old newbie making me remain one a good 2 days longer. Now "gentelmen's duels" seem more acceptable because you know the risks and you take them, but How would that be controled in PSO?

I agree with 50volts, I play everquest and it using the dueling system where you challenge someone to a duel then you both go at it until someone runs or dies. Kewl thing is if you lose the winner can only take 1 item of yours rather then everything. I have never pked anyone and hate games that let others do that. So I hope sega does not impliment anything like free for all in PSO or at least let us choose to be a pker or not like Everquest.
