Its the rare rappies.
So in this case... Eggrappy.

If you can't wait, I'd say run around Naberius Forest until they pop up, but maybe wait until some EQs like Lead Border Break and then you get them in a flash.

try Wild Easter

You'll find them a lot in pretty much any EQ other than Dark Falz or TD. You'll also find them sometimes randomly in any quest, but they're a little less common.
