I don't know if it always had this property, but the fact that Megid seems to prioritize hitting weak points against most enemies makes it really good for dealing with the larger Harukotan enemies.

Sa Megid is the only dark tech I'm having trouble finding much of a use for now, since Il Megid, Megid, and Ra Megid are all better for AoE, and Na Megid is better if you need to hit one target from a distance.
