Taking a sample on the shaded parts of the neck; either makeup, lighting, or costume differences led to that being like the only consistent skin sample showing.

Hue is drastically different (again, yellowish or warm versus reddish or cool skin tones).
Saturation is slightly less
The biggest difference is that the Value (lightness) has a difference of 15.
So sampling the choices in skin tones:
Value goes between 100 (vertical center) to 35 (top and bottom edges).
At my current input it's at 48ish.
So I'll have it on the lower side, adjusted a little bit the the right, and then move around vertically until I get a sample with value 48+15 = 63.
