Currently I'm planning to make a new character. The problem is, I have no idea how to create a decent face or physique in PSO2, so I'd like some help.

EDIT: Her eyelashes are not default, they are from the current FUN scratch. The japanese for it is, ふさふさ二重まつげ 茶 they go for about 8k meseta only.
