2 questions:

I understand that with the +14 skill points I gain from completing Marlu's COs will give me a total of 89 usable skill points. If I use them and then use an All skill tree reset pass, will I be given back the entire 89 SP or just 75? Should I use the pass first then hand in the COs to be safe?

Do ATK stats ever max out or is there no cap?

just a question, not sure if there is any answer to it, is there a way to disable damage numbers of other players? just to clear out some of the on screen clutter, whether in game of some other method, open to anything. thanks in advanced~

Where might I find a Lv71+ Rheo Madullard?
The last two Driving Rain EQs have not given me a single spawn & its literally the only thing stopping me from clearing those Tagami Collection Sheets.

None of the regular Facility Quests have anything over Lv70 & there's no Facility Advanced Quest (to my knowledge).

The only other option you have I believe is an XH Oceanic Menace run, if you can manage to catch it. There isn't one scheduled for another 3 days, so you'll have plenty of time to run Driving Rain a few more times to see if one will spawn for you!

Does breaking every Yamato turret increase drop rates? My friend said a Sega Q&A said no.
