Nope, there is no solution. Microsoft has not released the proper drivers for their own product.
I believe someone mentioned that one of the insider builds for Windows 10 fixes this, and those changes get made to the Anniversary update in August. (Where the triggers no longer get split into both axes and triggers, which is why the problem even exists in the first place).
Of course this wouid only be good news for Windows 10 users. Not sure if there's anything for Windows 7 and 8.1 users.

Actually I made a mistake regarding windows 7 and 8.1. Those OSes treat the XBox Controller and wireless adapter properly, as a single Z-Axis and do not actually split it into an axis and a trigger.

The "broken" driver is superior for most games that aren't pso2, but these versions replicate what the 360 driver did to handle buttons. Basically, these will make your Xbone controller work. X86 for 32bit and x64 for 64 bit obviously.

Just to amend that, x64 for 64bit. Was out and a bit busy today.
use this https://emulationrealm.net/downloads...-windows-64bit
and then i set the R Trigger (which is the one went haywire) to press Shift on my keyboard (i set Shift to Dash/Evade) from AntiMicro
then i set the R Trigger in game to blank, so the game wont register the controller's R Trigger into anything (so AntiMicro can assign it instead)
i also set Shift to Dash/Evade and Multiple Highlight items.
lastly, dont forget to set AntiMicro to Run As Administrator
this way i can run the game with Xbone controller wirelessly, and no L/R trigger overriding problem like the old X360 controller

original post where i found the "temporary" fix http://www.pso-world.com/forums/show...uot-stuck-quot
and please, can't blame Microsoft on this one, you might want to ask SEGA to add support for Xbox One's digital trigger input for PSO2

Windows 10's Anniversary update is up for those who're using it
tho i havent been able to try it since the game is under maintenance the moment im posting this
tested it on other games that didn't work correctly or at all before update (Dust: An Elysian Tail & Fairy Fencer F), and both now works flawlessly
the games detected the controller correctly and the RT works correctly now..
this got me curious, as if it's like they removed Z Rotation........
