There's about 500 irc clients so you should be a little more specific.
irssix is the name, but it appears to have the same commands like any old one...or do they?
I'm very sure he's talking about fileservers, XDCC, TDCC, etc.
If so, the commands are in the channels when you join them.
/server <server>
Will change the current server.
/server -m
Will connect to the server in a new window.
