Well, considering evil is such a relative term, I'd use it to further my own means. Judge that however you want.
Lessee, I'd probably forget life altogether. Let's face it. When you can call down a stopingness of time from above, there's no need for grocery shopping or homework.
First thing I'd do is sneak aboard a ship that carrys tropical fruit. Then, upon nearing our destination, I'd freeze time yet again to run rather freely across water onto a small island in the Caribbean. And thus would I live my life freely and happily, until I find the company of a teenage female who happened to fall overboard from a cruise ship. Then I could live a little less freely, but infinitely more happy. INFINITELY, but that's probably just because I'm a die-hard, hopeless romantic like that. But a guy can dream, so I do.
