Oh no. Luckily I have the US version, but all of my friends are in the UK! And they think richie is cute. I would have got cipher already, but I got dced in blue star, then the next time orland died, but i can do it 20 minutes.
Also, since this is the topic here, can I copy the download onto my friends card? Then they can get richie each? Cause they dont have online, and we ALL want Cipher and Richie.
has anyone tried going to the card trading machine and searching for e-cards? perhaps thats what u nd to do..
That's not how it normaly works. Normaly, you just get the card after doing the battle. I haven't gotten to finishing BSM yet, so I'll have to wait for the download to try it myself...

Did you also mail ST directly? I'm curious about this too. And I did get a card after scanning the Billy Hatcher save. Is that a different one from what it should be?
The cards mentioned are not the event file cards from other sonicteam games (like the billy hatcher one). They are obtained from the 2 download quests but it seems that they are not avaliable for us eu players. Damn you sonicteam!!

It's possible to get the cards by using the Japanese files with the territory (of the save file) switched to European, files need to go on a memory card in Slot B.
This applies to all 7 E cards available from JP d/l quests.
You mean a USB memory card?
You need some way of getting the files onto a GC memory unit from PC yeah, but only the once - I borrowed my mate's USB, copied the files onto one on my own mems and got the cards.
Hm, so the downloads are not tied to memory card ID? Oh, and where can I get these files then? (Or is this too close to cheating?)
And now I'm a bit lost. The cards are still on the disc, but the way to get them has been made officialy inaccessible. Sega (and probably Sonic Team) is gonna get a mail from me too...
