It's special is very weak in ULT, not to mention that it doesn't work half the time, since it's determined by beat time (check the guides). Red Handgun is said to be better. They have almost the same ATP and even though HP has 4 more ATA the red handgun is much easier to obtain and you could probably get one with hit percent. Red handgun: 1/2 from a Redria Pal Rappy. If you want a really cool looking handgun, try hunting the Yasminkov 2000H.

Heaven Punisher has cool factor, tho, while the Red Handgun does not. Of course the Yas 2KH also has lots of cool factor.

That, of course, is subjective. Someone else might find that the combination of rarity and col factor make it worth the work.
