More strangeness in the land of PSO for this newbie. I was in Puck 9, just standing around while I did something AFK, and suddenly everyone stopped moving. I could still walk around, and went to the counter to look for a game, but it just froze there. After about 5 minutes of inactivity, I got scared and pulled the phone cord from my DC. It disconnected me and saved, then I went to offline mode, praying that my inventory (or more important, my character) was still intact.

My character was still there, and so were it's items, but I was back in the Principal's room as he briefed me about the situation down on Ragol... wha? It seems that this form of BSOD doesn't erase your character or inventory, but instead your progress in the game. I went to the teleporter and found myself limited to only Forest 1, whereas before I could go to Caves as well (I havent gotten around to beating the worm). Anyone ever heard of something like this? I sure as hell haven't. :/

Bump. Has anyone else experienced this? Or was it all just a delusion brought on by long nights of insomnia playing this infernal game?
