All you have to do is download the client for the game. It is a free download. The only thing you pay is the monthly fee (the Hunter's License) once you have a billing account. The account name you use will also be your Game Identification that you enter when you log into the game.

Also, please don't double or triple post on a message board. It is quite inconsiderate and makes people think that you are very impatient.
