I'm a skyly, my friend is a redria. Were both in Ult on PSO:BB. I was wondering if it would be possible for him to make the game, start the Towards the future quest. Then once the quest is started he can leave the game to go do whatever. Then can I go into the room with the 4 poufilly slimes and pipe for a red slime? Is there something wrong with this idea? Or does piping not work in TTF/Blueburst/Online mode? Or does the section ID of the game change to mine when he leaves? If someone could let me know thatd be great .

If he leaves, the game changes to your ID.

And no, you can't pipe online, but remember that you can at least split the slimes. (With Gi/Rabarta, and the third hit of a combo.)

Nope, sorry. At least splitting those slimes will give you more chances.

And the game ID is whatever ID the leader has, and the leader can change if someone leaves.

Example: Me (Viridia), a friend (Bluefull) and his brother (Yellowboze) are playing PSO. The Bluefull friend made the game, and I arrived before my friend's brother. If my friend had to leave for some reason, the game ID would change to Viridia the next time the party warps.

I don't know on which platform you play PSO, but on PSO:BB the game ID stays, no matter what.

Actually, thats how PSO always was. The ID that creates the game is the ID that the game maintains. Even if the leader leaves, that is what will stick. The only way to remedy this is to recreate the game.

On GC, the game changes to whatever the leaders ID is. If the creater leaves, the person next in line determines the game's new ID. You can pipe offline, not online.

On BB, whenever a game is made, the ID does not change. There is no piping on BB, even in the single player quests.

Trust me, I know this for a fact. On GC I have swapped the game ID to get a specific rare drop from a rare enemy many times, and on BB I had someone make me yellowboze games then leave; I did get the boze drops even though my character was viridia.
