Unless Sega did anything but number tweaking for balancing, the balance changes should take up almost nothing in filesize.

They did also mention speeding animations up for PAs. There also the sped up running and rearranging all the skill trees. And changing the property of of several skills.

I don't know what that all adds up to, just more then some number tweaking.
