need help on Lucky Rise III how do I get this to applied to units and is this affix necessary to gain 12 star or higher weapons.

I feel like I am just getting a whole bunch of 7-9 stars.

I already did Zieg's quests for fortuante omen and skilled trainer. started seeing 11 stars again.

You need Gift Receptor ability on a fodder to do it and next time use the quick question and answer thread.

I don't think they have nerfed it yet, though. It really doesn't seem any different.
