So I've been gone from the game for a few months, and can't remember my password to access the player stores, and the link I've found that's supposed to send me to the page to reset it, is broken/doesn't work through proxies. Anyone have suggestions on what I could do?

the link redirects you to pso2.jp unless you're ISP provider isn't banned from accessing the site it should work, have you tried using a VPN to access the site?

Here's a link to a guide on how to reset your password, (look into the "What If I Forget" section).

the link there redirects you to pso2.jp which has a ban on SEA, and some other countries IP Addresses, you'll need a WebProxy or a VPN to bypass the site.
