Hmm... I plugged the numbers into the damage calculator, and as far as I can tell, Weak Attack Critical would only give 1% more damage on average? http://4rt.info/psod/?wuTJK

Is not it like 95% mean without WAC, the red line, and almost 98-99% with WAC ?

I don't know about the red line, but I'm just comparing the two "mean" numbers.

No WAC has a mean damage of 3619.
WAC has a mean damage of 3658.

    3658 is 1% more than 3619.

Dunno what's going on with the damage calculator, as the damage disparity on non-crits should be 90-100% of max, 95% mean. 3549-3681 definitely doesn't map to 90-100%.

So 3% for 5 SP? Then Critical ring is the way to go for every class as it gives 4% damage and not just 3% like perfect keeper. /s
In that case every Braver should put 10SP in crit for 100% crit.

Critical Strike R ring is also 3%

Ever heard of the strawman fallacy? Because you're doing it right now.

Well if its 100% accurate and there almost no dmg spreading you can skip WAC, but in case of Valkyria R25S its 1.1 crit dmg * 1.06 weakpoint * 1.03 crit strike shooting ring = 1.2.

rare weapons have a base of 90-100% damage that is then reduced by dex. end game right now means the bottom number is nearly 95% already as it is before averaging with crit.

It's not that. In the link provided, try changing dex of either the enemy or the player - the damage won't be affected. Damage variation will be affected by dex only if you lower rarity to something that doesn't have a 90-100% base.
