A weird doubt

First of all, sorry if i am posting this unproperly.

Hmm, i have recently used the crafting device, and decided to extend my dagger ( Nishiki ) , me being Main - Gunner , Sub - Fighter.

It went succesfull, it lost it " All-class " , but it unlocked a Gunner class availability.
I have the required S-atk that its said, altho, i cannot equip it for one reason i dont yet understand so i'd like to know if any of you guys can help me with this.
