Phantasy star won't open

Ok what's happening is I've used tweaker to patch the game (Have yet to play it) And I click run, Phantasy star opens to a black screen then nothing happens I waited and then it eventually just crashes and nothing happens Any ideas folks?

I dunno what is happening but I have the same problem

I solved the problem, Tweaker wasn't updating the game so when the game had an update it crashed when I tried to start it. What I had to do was open the game without tweaker (it would be in japanese) and it would update itself. After that I could open it in tweaker and it played fine

I'm having the same problem, I go to launch the game using the normal JP launcher and nothing happens. Using the tweaker to launch the game the pso2.exe and tweaker.exe processes hang and nothing happens. I am 99% certain it has something to do with gameguard not initializing correctly, because I just preformed a clean install and still have no gameguard folder.
