    It's how the japanese refer to maxed out weapons, although it may vary such as 10303 (for a weapon at 30 element,) for example.

    You need 12 Photon Boosters to unlock the lv3 potential (Lv1 x3, Lv2 x4, Lv3 x5), so 42,000 Mils (3,500 ea)

    Launcher calc (using same stats):


    Notes:
    • Listed Slave for meme purpose, 400 AVG damage difference compared to Ares but trash potential for a launcher.
    • Arms is AO, so you need a rainbow.
    • Bunker is ZRA, so Sharp Shooter is off.
    • SSPN is AO, so you need a rainbow.
    • Red is a 7★, so Rare Mastery is off (-30 R-ATK ... think I forgot to turn it off in the AR list, w/e).
    • Didn't list Ideal, because .. who the fuck would use a launcher for Bossing? (fun is not a valid answer)


    Red Launcher vs Red Scorpio is a 3k AVG damage difference on a 50~60k PA (the difference drops to 2k if you can reach 600 DEX). Scorpio AVG damage is 50k without BH boost, 58k with BH ... Red Launcher is 55k no matter what. Now take you pick (・v・)

    My main problem with BH weapons depends on how fast they can expend PP and regain it. Launcher isn't so great at it from what I feel so far.
    Both Falco and Bellion also told me to go Red Launcher over the Red Scorpio as well. As for Xie...the amount spent for a 13* is kinda eh but I have seen crafted Divine Launcher Spammers going that...and you can't forget it's fluffy tail. o.ob

    All in all, Ares still stands best. Thanks a lot Ordy.


    Also Ideal or Skull rifle? Unless I don't know how to read numbers...does Ideal Rifle really just do more damage overall than Skull even on weak points for mobs?

    my 30 ares launcher +20 and xie launcher 60 +40 do the same damage as each other (xie launcher aint worth at all.. except ares fodder)

    Skull rifle will do better on weakpoint than Ideal on normal mobs. And, on boss, skull is about 2% weaker and worse if you are not shooting on weakpoint

    mobbing with a rifle.. good one (besides the very specific few ultra tanky ones like kuron centaurs)

    and i saw a guy in a mpa i was in spamming rifle one point on mobs.. why do people like this exist (he never used a launcher)

    Also being that person that falls asleep sometimes and spams one point for literally everything, yeah why not. It's always been my dream since i started PSO2 to just run through dungeons and one point everything pretending that I'm playing on Normal Difficulty. And SEGA took the first step in granting my wish.

    But I'm sure raw damage from any 13* will kill those ultra tanky Centaurs anyways.

    Those damned centaurs have like 200k hp. Mobbing with rilfe is viable, just learn how to use it properly, not just spamming EA here and there
