You're going to have to change the Stat Up values for some classes. For example, Hunter's Striking Up 2 goes up to 75 and Striking Up 3 goes to 100, but in the simulator they all only go up to 50.
Bind Bullet says 'assault rigle' instead of 'assault rifle'. Jellen Shot says 'HP Recovery Rate' instead of 'Charges'.
Fixed.
The skill simulator says Rare Mastery Techer only gives T-ATK, but it gives both S-ATK and T-ATK.
Also, why do some of the descriptions show multiplier numbers, while others show percentages?
Oh, I didn't realize they changed it in EP3...
I've wanted to switch over to percentages for EP3 to stay closer to the ingame representation and reduce misunderstanding of the numbers by a bit, but since there's so much and I'm so slow, only new skills and skills that have changed in EP3 show percentages so far. Didn't want to wait until I'm completely done since that might take another week or so.

The Partisan Gear description doesn't mention boosting power.
The S Roll JA Bonus stats list a multiplier of 6 at level 5, instead of 1.6.
The Photon Flare description says it lowers HP.
The Freeze Ignition stats show a cooldown of 60 seconds at all levels, but it now drops to 30 seconds by level 10.
The Wand Lovers description says it gives bonus S-ATK, but it actually just multiplies striking damage. It also says "for a short period of time", but it can now remain active permanently.
The Average Stance stats show a maximum multiplier of 1.1, but it should now be 1.15.
The Average Stance Critical stats show a maximum boost of 0.2, but it should now be 0.25.
The Weak Stance Critical stats show a maximum boost of 0.2, but it should now be 0.25.
