Any Ship 9 players out there?

Just wondering if there is anyone out there on ship 9 who wants to party up and play some PSO2 runs. I know that everyone is practically on ship 1 and 2 etc, but I'm ship 9 due to the fact that this was back when ship 2 was overloaded and instead of waiting, my friends irl decided to make an account on ship 9, so that's why I'm there. :/ I really don't want to spend money on this to transfer(unless there's something I've been missing please let me know, Thanks!)
