Creating Deck
Step 1

Go to Deck Co. And talk to the counter person.
Step 2

Select Yes
Step 3

Select Character
Step 4

Select New.
Step 5

Select yes
Step 6

Select a character heroside(hero) or darkside(arkz). Only arkz can use monster cards and not equip any other weapons other than currently equipped default weapons.

Hunters have weapons, barriers/shields and mags
Arkzs have monster cards and default equipped weapons and cannot equip any other weapons.
Step 7 - Adding Cards in Edit Menu

You will be taken to edit deck menu.
Select first option

Fill up to 30 cards (for more info see edit/create deck guide). Follow deck creating procedure. Leave menu by pressing B.
