It's way too bright so it looks more like he's been radiated than tanned but OH WELL AHAHAHAAHAAAAAAA.

Doc is having his revenge in 60s era beach movies! Really, it reminds me a lot of those, and Alvin and the Chipmunks movies too oddly enough. But, very nice work. The colors suit him well.
Very good coloring, but I'm reminded of that one guy from Phantasy Star II.
he looks like he needs a martini and a pompadore, lol.
If I were a FOnewm, I'd look up to this guy.
Heck, I don't even need to be a FOnewm.
It looks very nice, I like the way he looks radiated.
