yes, it does drops and it was founded on the xbox360 side too. I haven't heard about Pc/ps2 side founded it yet, but it does drops.

Yeah I remember seeing a few on people's palettes when the mission came out. (It was spelled "Amore Tip" back then, idk if they've changed it or not because I never see any now)

Only one i've seen on the 360 side was being wielded by a JP player, i have seen the rappy myself a few times but have yet to get the damned board to drop, if i ever get it and the last of the lithia to make it you know i will post it up ASAP
