Are many English speaking people still running Challenge Mode on Ship 2? If they are, then I'll most definitely transfer over this maintenance from Ship 7; I'll probably join a team so I can rack up some Challenge Miles (Not in any team on Ship 7): I really want either the Ideal Katana or Ideal Rifle.

Never attempted Challenge Mode on Ship 7 because of the language barrier; I don't want to drag down the MPA.

Also, once I transfer over to Ship 2, will my stuff still be in my storage on Ship 7 should I return there at a later date?

Also, what teams would you recommend to me?

Using Dmg Calculator, my result is (using kanran Kikyou's single slash)

Skull (no pot, because cannot make it minus damage pot lol) > 4710

Yasha no pot > 3728

Yasha with pot lv3 > 4250


Also, some other katanas:

NP and whoops missed the "English speaking" part. If this somehow becomes relevant again, I did all my CMs in JP pugs on Shared Ship. There's EN players but the impression I get is the hardcore ones hop on JP pugs and know a bit of Japanese too. Ship 2's CM ships are practically a ghost town although I do remember seeing Ignition members in Ship 2's CM rankings at one point.

PA crafting is a WIP so nope, only 1 recipe per weapon so far.

As for AC scratch, if the more valuable items were more common they wouldn't be very valuable now would they? ;) There's better ways to make meseta than throwing your RL money at AC Scratch.

Unit with Shoot III - depends on # of slots, go do a search with visiphone. Value goes up during boost weeks though.

It might have dropped since then. If you want that, I hope you like Wopal + Quarry, since you'll need 45 of each of the large pyroxenes from those three areas.
You should look up what it goes for now. And it's not that hard to just do a Player Shop search on a few weapons to see what the going price is... Probably faster than waiting for a response here.

Actually I wasn't trying to get mesetas, I was trying to get some cast parts. And then I realise that they were tradable.

For mesetas, I usually do daily quest orders.

^Yes. But for tech, it didn't count the weapon element, but it counts the element of the tech you're using. For example, it'll proc if you use Foie on naberius natives even though your Rod is Dark element.

Glad to be back, gonna be a tired day at work this afternoon as I was up all night playing..Jet boots are hybrid melee/tech weapons (though they're mainly used for melee) that can change their element by charging techs once you unlock their gear. The weapon action is context sensitive and can be used for "combos" with the PAs, resetting the element/dodging while you're standing still, and a high pp recovery 3 hit combo when using normal attacks. They fall slower while charging techs in the air, and have a double jump as well.

Force questions:

1) I've mainly been using Megid and Gifoie got my mobbing go to, but I was reading up on Gimegid and people were suggesting using that instead? When I tried it I had problems hitting the monsters, am I missing something?

2) I'm sitting at ~2100 t-atk unbuffed. My techer tech tree will grant me another ~125 t-atk from it's missing points, but I feel that this is pretty low. Is there anything I can do to up that further?

Current gear:
+10 Seitenranse, 50 wind attr, potentialed once, Elder Soul/Tech 3/Spirita 3 affixes
Hiei Set, EX3, Elder Soul/Tech 3 affixes, Spirita 3 on only the rear piece.

I just hit 70 force (54 Tech :D), and titles will grant me a 12* weapon (or two). What should I do with those? I have about 1m right now, and Psycho Wand is ~13m minimum here. People suggested getting a Dark/Fire element Evil Nochiuhau so far. Alternatively I could farm a ton of Large Pyroxenes and get a Psycho Wand that way?

Gimegid isn't for mobbing, it's for high single target dps against slow or large targets. You CAN mob with it by using zondeel and using it on the zondeeled mobs but that doesn't work on everything.

In the Shared Block to do Challenge Mode, there are some blocks titled "やりこみプレイ” (yarikomi play). What does this mean?

I'm thinking it means "Crowded Play" but I'm not sure.

yarikomi can be anything from "advanced", "perfectionists", to "completists". As long as you're not a complete beginner, you can go, but I'd expect people there to play for long hours.

Sumimi > I'm not fond of that myself. If you've barely reached XQ/UQ level, you will now start getting 11/12/13 stars. Look in the wiki for what you'd like to have and keep an eye on those items. I guess if they're not too pricey on the market, you can go for them...

But as HuBr I cannot use Justice Crow.
The entire point of weapons with a native pa/tech is that all class combos can equip them and uise that pa or tech, so why doesn't with work?

Can't seem to find an all-class 11★ DB that drops from Kuron on the s-wiki; can you post a quick picture of it? The only new 11★ from Kuron that is equipable by Hu that I can find is the candy one, but it doesn't seem to have a native PA.

The stuff you said can be issues for WB though, in which case I guess it's just a matter of practice.

So to answer your question yes, Br/Ra is "hard".

You complete Challenge Mode all the way and then receive it through the Title Reward Counter. Cirnopedia not descriptive enough apparently

From what I recall, the boosts will be tied to titles, so once you earn the title, you get the boost, and since titles are linked to account (or is it specifically to ship?), not character, that means the boost should apply to your all the characters on your account (or ship; again, not sure on that part).

I use mushroom chairs specifically, but any 5* furniture works. You can also use dimates but that is slower, and adds a type of def as well. (but the weapons you feed will remove that def)

Furniture will only raise the atk and lower dex, no def is changed.

Poison Trap's poison rate isn't much better then that of a dark tech, and it tends to fail more then it succeeds, even with the boost.

Bind bullet also has a much shorter duration then the bind status inflicted by the fighter skill.

I kill a mob for 143 exp by myself, killed same mob with 3 NPCs with me and got 179 exp.

Yes, if you're the one who bring the NPC.

1 NPC give 10% EXP bonus. 2 NPC give 15%, and max 3 give 20%.

In case to compared with real player:

1 party member give 20%. 2 give 30%, and max 3 give 40%.

Specifically, NPCs give an additional 5%EXP after the first which grants 10%EXP, so a party of 3 NPCs will give you 20%EXP. Mind, unlike with Boosters which have an additive +EXP%, the party EXP boost is multiplicative and takes into account all Boosters.

Example: You use a +75% EXP Booster and 50% Triboost for a total EXP payout of 225%, but with a full NPC party rather than just adding an additional 20% to be 245%, the boost actually becomes 270%.

EDIT; I always get ninja'd when I double check my numbers. *sigh*

try back up your data from the 16gb card to pc and restore it to your 32gb card

Yep, I had to backup my Nova data and remove it from my Vita... Need a 32GB card for PSO2 soon even if it's your only game it seems.

Ah, so it is possible that is good to know. I should be ok for the next big update but soon 16g isn't going to be enough for next year. I'll look into vita software I suppose since it gives me a zero drive if I plug in the vita in my pc atm.

1. Most level main class first, then swap with subclass afterwards. Also, brunt of stats come from main class level, which likely have correct stats needed.

2. Attending profound invasion, magatsu or tower defense despair EQ's at SH or XH difficulties (50+) tends to give lots of 10*+ items for cubing or other purposes. Other emergencies may also have high turnout rates. Boosts also help considerably.
If looking for a weapon or unit set to use, remember that attribute grinding to 50 for weapons and item grinding to +10 for all equipment is important.

3. Gu is sometimes subbed to give access to chain trigger, and RA is sometimes subbed to give access to weak bullet.
Personally have only heard of Te/Ra usage as a full support role though.

If you fight Magatsu a lot, I would recommend accumulating Durga Break Pyroxene and Shiva Ash Pyroxene to get 5 Evil Nochiuhau, fusing your last 2 with a Fire or Light element converter. If you're a premium member and have a ★12 pass, you can just buy one with 50 Light or Fire (don't forget to grind it to 40).

Of course, the best thing to have is one of those sets as well as 3 Skill Trees for your Force and Techer in order to have elemental mastery for all different areas (you normally need one for the natives and one for the darkers):

Ra/Te is good for TAs, Te/Ra is good for support, Te/Gu Gu/Te has the strongest Zanverse, Te/Gu is good for support like Te/Ra but has a stronger Zanverse, the rest aren't worth using.

[SPOILER-BOX]Luther is originally a photoner who became a Dark Falz. His photoner nature is what allows him to survive in Double's inner universe, he's basically indigestible. However, he also specifies himself as being the originator of bird darkers and a key to reviving the Profound Darkness, despite not becoming a Dark Falz until 2-5 and bird darkers being artificially created by him through experiments, unlike the other Dark Falzes. Since he fully understands the procedures that went into creating the Profound Darkness, including what went wrong, it seems likely that he was involved in its creation. How he is a key to the Profound Darkness' revival when he himself is not really a Dark Falz is unclear.

Luther acknowledges himself as a Dark Falz, Double does not. Luther was not created by the Profound Darkness, yet it requires his Dark Falz nature to be revived. Although Double and Apprentice talk to him like an outsider, he seems to be on good terms with Elder, as he is saddened to see the clones of Elder and Hunar in Double. Whether or not he's a real Dark Falz seems to depend on the criteria you judge by. Dark Falzes themselves are just masses of negative photons, which is how Luther was able to become one, so most likely he's "fake" in the sense he isn't a purebred Dark Falz, so to speak.[/SPOILER-BOX]

I wasn't going to use Xie Wand since I have Ares. I got the Flame Visit and Red Scorpio from the Elder+Loser EQ, enough of them to 50 element both of them but I didn't Grind or affix them since I'm trying to deal Ares Wand first.

As far as I know, the proxy is down and all English patches break the game. You need to use vanilla settings to run the game. If you can connect to pso2.jp, then you can still connect. If not, you're SOL. If you can't read moonrunes, you're also SOL. Pretty much the game is unplayable for English speakers right now. Also, there might not be a fix this time since it seems SEGA changed many of the files, or that's what I'm hearing anyways.

You're one of the lucky few then because most people have had to uninstall ALL of the English patches (Large files and story patch as well) to get the game to run at all. In addition, people get stuck in a loading loop in the loading tunnel or when attempting to turn in COs. Reverting everything back to vanilla jp fixes the issue.

I wouldn't say totally, the game runs fine for me with Large Files and storypatch (ie. the two currently tagged as "compatible") installed. Though the former doesn't amount to much by its lonesome and the Event Chronicle at the room terminal seems to be rip... :/

Go to the orb and hit either "check for PSO2 Updates" or go to Troubleshooting and "Check for Old/Missing Files." Those should put you back at Vanilla. Remember, don't install the English Patches until they are listed as compatible.

Hmm, so looked it up a little. Turns out 12 stars from interval 2 only need a specific rare weapon drop from M4. Or in the case of sange & yasha, yasha as the rare weapon drop from M4 and sange as a 11 star trade in from the same interval.

On the other hand, if talking about 11 star weapons in interval 2, it really is x3 grinders, x3 spare weapons and x1 respective weapon type from previous interval. (Alba weapon, for example if wanting 11 star katana Sange you would need an alba vastall from interval 2 along with 3 grinders and 3 spare weapons)
Remember that said weapon needs to be unequipped to be shown in the trade in list.

Pretty sure you can just hold down E, unless VR is specifically tooled differently to prevent accidental pickup mishaps.

Extreme quests aren't hard to solo at all for the most part, mostly because of the OP damage boosts you get from completing stage orders. It's only when you fail one of those that things can become troublesome.

Bio weapons are still useful for leveling other classes if you don't feel like learning a new playstyle and want to use the same weapon for everything. Their stat requirements are also much easier to reach then most all-class options of similar strength.

Assuming you are talking about assault rifle, the potential Steadfast Reaper is still something, and it's totally ok to unlock the potential and craft to maximum.

The guide seems to be nice and sound, not outdated(Ra hasn't changed much since ep1, compared to other classes imo). Play around a while and you will get the ropes soon.

It's not too late to think about high-end weapons, units and tactics even after reaching lv70. Even at lv.70-75, crafted weapons is enough. Though, I recommend getting lambda grinders from Zig asap, if you have only one character(his client order is weekly). There are not much means to get enough lambda grinders in a sudden.

Getting Ideal units and Ideal weapons might be more appealing. (show Ideal units to Zig, and you get 120k challenge miles, great bonus)

If you already have good units and not considering getting an Ideal weapon(to max it's element, you have to get it 3 times), or you don't want to do challenge quests a lot, red weapons are nice.

Probably a corrupt file somewhere. If he's running via tweaker, try using the regular launcher, reinstalling files through that & then open the tweaker again and patch and launch

SH level up dropped gold for me as well. Did 2 runs with triboost 50% on and got something like 1 Gold, 5 Silver and 3 Bronze.

Can't say that's amazing, especially since quest completion gives nothing afaik.

You just key crafting level by level (ie. Craft to lv.1, then to lv.2, etc.), and minimum damage is raised automatically when using recipes that use silver and gold materials (ie. lv.9-13). If you've never crafted before, you can't get to the lv.13 craft right away since it requires you to unlock the different tiers of recipes via crafting achievements, but you can always try looking for a crafter willing to do it for you via the Visiphone, for a slight price mark-up.

in ways it ended up costing more than 13*'s did or still do without the high stat difference the 13* weps gave. glad sega fixed 12* grinding because now it is more like a slightly harder 11* grind.


now for my own question, why is the client so random upon startup like the whole good client vs bad client thing. i do not understand why it is so rng whether or not u will stutter like hell or have no stutter (also improving load times and making sure you do not get desync'd) and does sega even know about this or even care (probably not at both).

They have the grind rates of 12* after the first Dudu nerf, but there have been two nerfs, so now the 12* rates are EXACTLY THE SAME as 11* rates.

A couple of updates back when they raised the mag cap to lv200, they added special actions to lv200 mags. R-mags got a rapid fire, S-mags got a blade bubble around the player, T-mags got the ring that reduces tech charge time, and Dex-Mags got a bubble shield. The R-, T-, and S- special actions only activate when you are facing a boss or mini-boss, while the Dex action can activate anytime you take damage.

You'll definitely see the SP action go off during TD runs since so many mini-bosses and bosses spawn in them.

You should see them more often on SH, and I believe they are a clear reward for it as well at that difficulty. That said, they do appear on Normal since I had a couple drop for me yesterday on that difficulty, specifically from bosses.

Download the .apk *with* Bluestacks. It has a browser you know. Could be just me, but until I DL'd it with the Download Accelerator option damn BS refused to open it though.

alright found what you meant by browser...didn't know it was related to IE...ok so far I managed to get to ark layer with bluestacks.....the downloading does complete homewer the program wont lauch after download(it says cant open files)....and umm...that invisible scrolling bar on bluestacks and the way to open up the stuff that's been download don't exactly come with a manual :S...holding down left click on the arrow down icon then moving the mouse down ? o.O(downloaded the ark-layers application 5 time b4 notice it add up some small arrows at the top bluestacks screen).....for your download accelerator option I have no clue what that is...could not find that in settings.....well at least you got me a little bit further in the process but i'am not out of it just yet :S

Would it be insane and a waste of cash to replace Stamina Boost for Technique Boost on my Force weapons? Reason is that once my Hunter Class hits Lv75 (19 levels to go), I'll have a 50 HP boost. My current Saiki set gives me 85 T-ATK per unit as well as the Set Effect of 60, my Mag gives me 200 and my Trees 338. Add this with any of my Force weapons and my natural stats and I currently have 2808 T-ATK.

Each of these weapons have an different element of 50 and have a potential that boosts those respective element by 16%. Add this to the fact I use elemental weakness on my Techer Trees as well as the appropriate Mastery for each element on different Trees (I change them before going on a mission, picking the elements I'll need) and you can guess that it adds up to a lot of damage. So I was just wondering if an extra 25 T-ATK would do much of a different considering all the boosts I have?

Saw someone in CQ with an LA I haven't seen before. Pulls out mic and starts singing. Almnost like that one old dance LA that was recently revived, but slightly different moves + mic. I asked what was it, and they responded with "シンガーやね". Found nothing on swiki so far or player shops. Anyone know about this LA, and where it came from? (like a ranking reard maybe)
