Cati / Power ???

I heard that a new unit named Cati / Power was released in Japan. Is that correct?

Does anyone have any info about it?

What does it do? It obviously raises your ATP...but by how much? Are there negative effects to wearing it such as lower ATA or increased PP consumption?

Where does it drop?

How many stars is it?

I heard it is roughly the same as the HPC without the drawbacks. It's suppose to drop from Plains Overlord S2 IIRC (not sure).

With the "Cati" prefix I'd assume it was nine stars, myself. The lack of an "S" at the end or the addition of words like "Charge" seems to indicate it won't have any apparent drawbacks, either.

9* arm unit +120 atp no ata penalty drops from Plains Overlord S2 boss box. We should get that S2 mission in the update after Fire break.

I'm so spamming PO S2 when we get our +3 luck days.

r u sure about those specs??

i have a hpc on romulus and it costs 5k a s2 run in photon charges

also wouldn't the implementation of the timed critical hits and a HPC make this item a waste?

The SPS drawbacks don't change fighting that much at higher levels (especially for fG)...Not to mention that the cati/power probably has horrific drop rates..

I don't even notice the difference when I use SPS Just a big boost in damage!!!
