What should he get?

Ok so heres the story my friend came into some money.(1600000) Hes having trouble deciding what he wants to buy weapons wise he either wants a Ank Bico or a Muktengek but he dosnt know which one to get. Which do you think is better and if you have any other suggestions for weapons those are welcome too.

I think Ank Bico got random att modifier i if think of the right weapon.
Meanining it could get do awesome dmg or crappy..so it´s more of a luck weapon.

So i advice on Muktengek.

And yes 1.6 milj is not gonna bring you any of these.

Bico can deal crappy damage.
Back then when it was released it was uber, but as an example Zagza is nearly as strong, and that constantly.
And IF he can afford a Muktengek, he should be able to get a hold on a Zagza aswell.
