Saint-Million/Kondrieu/Shambertin is really just a pain in the rear end. It's hard to even get close enough to attack the spots on his neck because of how much he spams the spinning tops from the ground and the missiles. He hurts a lot and it's hard to actually damage him just because of all the crap he's throwing at you at one time.

Ultimate Dark Falz isn't all as difficult as everyone believes. He's hopeless if you have a
Cure/Freeze. :P
I'd say dealing with Ultimate Mericarols is harder than dealing with Falz any day.
We all know about cure/freeze, but not all of us feel like hunting one or have one to use. Mericarols are easy as hell are you kidding me? Freeze them, kill them. Simple. (And they aren't bosses bud)

Gal Gryphon is pretty hard if you ask me. Took long time time beat him. The bastard always do that lightnng attack when lands, and that wave when he is about to take flight. Take a lot of damage.
You need to learn his patterns and you won't have much trouble at all with him.
The most trouble I usually have with the Gal Gryphon is when he one-shots me with his shockwave. If I can manage to avoid that, I can usually beat him. But, he still puts up quite a fight!
Of course knowing any monster's pattern makes them easier to beat. It's the ones that are still tough even when you know the patterns that makes a worthy foe!
