I heard rumors about the Dark Wing not coming out! Is this true? I heard they're replacing them with al tippies!

We already have Al Tippies. >_>

You could get them from Forest of Illusion, if anyone still ran that mission instead of PHANTOM FISSURE ONRY.

We got those in the Mission Carnival, from the racing mission. I doubt they would re-release them so soon.

99.9% chance that we're getting Dark Wing instead of Rappy/Al/whatever Tippies.

The other .1% is because 100% is a theoretical number~
